Description OsCKI1 encodes a rice casein kinase 1 protein. It was constitutively expressed
in seed, seedling, root, stem, leaf, leaf sheath and panicle, also upregulated
by treatments with BR and ABA. Enzymatic assay showed OsCKI1 was capable of
phosphorylating casein. Deficiency of OsCKI1 affected root development. OsCKI1-
GFP revealed that the localization of OsCKI1 to the nucleus.
