This view shows linkage group 1D from Aegilops tauschii aligned to chromosome 2 of Brachypodium distachyon. The Ae. taushcii map was flipped (using the "F" button above the map -- use the "UF" to unflip) to reduce the number of crossing lines. All correspondences in this view are based on EST mappings. This view uses CMap's ability to stack the two chromosomes from rice japonica (1 in gray on top, 3 in black on bottom) that have the most correspondences to Ae. tauschii's map 3D.

There are many points of comparison from the IWGSC Physical 3B map of wheat to the O. sativa japonica genome. Here we have stacked all the rice chromosomes and limited the points of comparison to just the "marker identity" (which means the same marker or sequence maps to both locations) and "qtl_marker" (which indicates markers which are related to Quantitative Trait Loci [QTL]). To see a great many more correspondences, open the "Correspondence Options" section and click the "Check All" below the "Use" column.
