  Name of original line: Norin-PL5 and Norin-PL6 (Japonica type rice lines)
  Gene locus: Located between two RFLP markers, Y3870L and Y3870R on chromosome 3 with the distances of 1.4 and 0.7 cM, respectively.
  Remark: Grh2 and Grh4 were introduced into Norin-PL5 and Norin-PL6 from Indica type varieties, C203-1 and Lepe dumai, respectively.
