Comments | The putative QTL qSd.7 is associated with the control of seed dormancy in a rice population constructed from crosses among IR50/Tachimochi/Miyukimochi evaluated under field conditions. Its map location was detected only in F1 generation and not detected in F2 generation. The dormancy controlled by this QTL is easily broken by storage. The positive allele that enhances dormancy for this QTL is from the Indica parent. |
