Comments | Mapping population: 100 RILs were derived from a cross between F-2 and Io with more than 200 RFLP marker were used in the experiment. Plants were grown in a greenhouse. Two treatments: control and water stress were carried out in 3 replications. 2-D gel electrophoresis was used to quatify protein quantity loci(PQLs) MaMAKER/QTL was used for QTL ananlysis. The LOD score for this PQL was 6.2. |
