Description White seedling (yellow with l1); endosperm pitted and spotted (allele dek21);
plastid DNA content decreased. Endosperm mosaic for colored and colorless
aleurone when colored aleurone genes are present. Plastid DNA content decreased
20-fold. All plastid-encoded transcripts are uniformly reduced but the patterns
of the RNA species are relatively unaltered. Genetic 2005 10 coordinates
determined from these recombination and map data: r1 -19.3- w2 -24.4- sr2 [data
conflict]; TB-10La -- w2; r1 -18- w2; see MaizeGDB ID:9017271; 9017274; 935535.
