Description:

The mapping populations included Synthetic x Opata (four studies), Arina x Forno, CD87 x Katepwa, CS x DH, Cranbrook x Halberd, Egret x Sunstar, and Sunco x Tasman. Markers from eleven mapping studies were ordered relative to each other, resolving as many conflicts as possible. The comparative map display software 'CMap' was used to highlight conflicts in marker order. The marker and map data are kindly provided by GrainGenes.
