Description Like Les1; numerous small, round, necrotic lesions. Dominant Les10 leaves
covered with small, round, chlorotic and medium, round, necrotic lesions
uniformly distributed on leaf blade and sheath. Mutant expresses at 20 days and
is soon lethal in W23 background; developes into a small pale green plant with
medium necrotic lesions in Mo20W and into larger, bleached, pale green plants
with profuse necrotic lesions in M14/W23 genetic background. Produces good
pollen but no ears. Genetic 2005 2 coordinates determined from these
recombination and map data: b1 -18- ts1 -8- les10; see MaizeGDB ID:935551. This
