Description The ratio of Chl-a to Chl-b (Chl a:b) were analyzed at 5 days after heading.
Assay is an indicator of relative amounts of photosystem I or II. The means of
ten replications per line were used in the data analysis. Phenotypic effect
contributed by Nipponbare allele. Chromosomal locations of putative QTLs were
determined by single-factor analysis (one-way ANOVA) with the general linear
model procedure of QGENE. Two-way ANOVAs for epistatic interaction were also
carried out with QGENE at Pd0.01 threshold. The tests were done only with marker
loci linked to QTLs with a single-factor P of d0.01 to reduce the likelihood of
committing a type-I error.
