Description The trait plant height, was determined based on the average values of 10
individual plants from each line. The QTL was significantly detected in Beijing
(LOD=4.23) and Hongzhou (LOD=2.54), China. It was not significant in Hainan
(LOD=1.25), China. Increased plant height by 1cm due to this QTL in Beijing and
Hangzhou, China was associated with 1 day late heading at this location,
suggesting that the two traits, namely, days to heading and plant height, namely
days to heading and plant height are correlated (r=0.4168).
