Description In dominant Zb8 plants, yellow-green crossbands on older leaves; strong
anthocyanin expression in leaf tip and blade. Strong anthocyanin expression in
leaf tip and blade under cool conditions and with plant color R1 allele. Unlike
zb4 and zb6, crossbanding is enhanced by high temperatures. Genetic 2005 9
coordinates determined from these recombination and map data: bz1 -12- zb8 wx1;
