homeobox, DNA binding transcriptional regulator with affinity for sh1 feedback
control element; Southerns show one band (Bellman & Werr 1992; Klinge &Werr
1995). Transcript found in many tissues; protein not detected in root. Protein
has leucine zipper domain, POU domain. Homeobox. This gene was originally
