Evaluation of Genetic diversity in Rice Subspecies Using Microsatellite Markers	38 U.S rice cultivars and 2 wild relatives were genotyped by means of 111 genomic SSR markers	SSR	PCR products were size separated using ABI 377 DNA analyzer; SSR fragements sizes were estimated with GenScan software. The Population Structure of African Cultivated Rice Oryza glaberrima (Steud.): Evidence for Elavated Levels of Linkage Disequilibrium Caused by Admixture with O. sativa and Ecological Adaptation	198 O. glaberrima and 9 O. sativa accessions were evaluated using 93 SSR markers.	SSR	PCR products were size separated using polyacrylamine gel electrophoresis and detected using silver staining or using an ABI fluorescent detection system.
