Abstracts are due next week, on July 12, for the Genome Informatics conference. The hybrid conference, with both in-person and virtual attendees, will take place from September 21st to the 23rd at the Wellcome Genome Campus in Hinxton, UK. The training school will take place from June 28th to July 1st in Zaragoza, Spain and virtually and will use the guidelines developed during the 2021 INTEGRAPE workshop held in Colmar, France to teach manual annotation of grapevine genes from the reference genome using the Apollo Genome Annotation Viewer and Editor.
