Genome Informatics Conference - Abstracts Due Next Week on July 12!

Abstracts are due next week, on July 12, for the Genome Informatics conference. The hybrid conference, with both in-person and virtual attendees, will take place from September 21st to the 23rd at the Wellcome Genome Campus in Hinxton, UK. Registration is due by August 23 for in person attendees and September 13 for those attending virtually.

Applications are open for the COST Action CA17111 INTEGRAPE Annot’Training – Hybrid Training School on Gene Annotation & Manual Curation of the PN40024 Grape Reference Genome! The training school will take place from June 28th to July 1st in Zaragoza, Spain and virtually and will use the guidelines developed during the 2021 INTEGRAPE workshop held in Colmar, France to teach manual annotation of grapevine genes from the reference genome using the Apollo Genome Annotation Viewer and Editor.
