Applications are open for the COST Action CA17111 INTEGRAPE Annot’Training – Hybrid Training School on Gene Annotation & Manual Curation of the PN40024 Grape Reference Genome! The training school will take place from June 28th to July 1st in Zaragoza, Spain and virtually and will use the guidelines developed during the 2021 INTEGRAPE workshop held in Colmar, France to teach manual annotation of grapevine genes from the reference genome using the Apollo Genome Annotation Viewer and Editor.
