information from Japanese scientists, it should be improved in the future

Treasurer's Report
The total membership of RGC now we distribute RGN is 575 including library subscriptions. We request members to update their membership by remitting the dues (US$8.00/annum).
Printing costs of RGN 1.0 were met by the Ministry of Education, Science and Culture (Grant-in-Aid for Publication of Scientific Research Results) and the Naito Foundation, Japan, for which we are very grateful. All mailing and other costs were met by the RGC funds.
