Gramene Literature Database
The literature database at Gramene, provides access to citations on rice (oryza sp.) in general and some additional references cited as cross references in our database. The references carry a cross reference to the source such as PubMed or the Journal's website for complete citation.
Wherever applicable the reference article also shows an association to the Gramene DB objects such as protein / genes & alleles (mutants) / QTLs / maps / markers etc. It also links back to the respective associated object. [Example]Literature Search or Browse Options
Home Page: Introduction and Quick search - Search the Literature database by keyword, author, journal title or PubMed ID. Use the symbol * for wild card search (e.g. Wessler). Rice Genetics Newsletter: Browse through RGN issues. To search RGN, use the search box at the top of the page, and select "documentation" as the source to search. Help
