A member of the cytokinin-responsive type-A response regulator family.
Curator Comment
Type-A response regulator genes are rapidly and specifically induced by exogenous cytokinin. Type-A responsive regulators were identified in rice with the rational that they shared high similarity with the conserved D-D-K residues and short N- and C- terminal extensions found in Arabidopsis type-A responsive regulators.
